Early fitness education in toddlers is great to improve their physical strength, balance and flexibility.It encourages gross motor development.

Motivating them to be active every morning, it makes kid’s mind to get ready to take up on whatever task that are lined up for the day. It pumps up the metabolism and keep it flowing and ultimately encourages our fussy eaters to eat more😎 and sleep early at night.
This can be done by encouraging them to take up staircase instead of elevators, walking to nearby places, running everyday etc. Just that, we have to keep in mind one thing for toddlers, it should be FUN so kids come back for more.
